Order Form

To purchase an antique(s) on the website, you'll need to contact me to see
if the item is still available. If it is, I'll send you a PayPal Request form
which contains a link to PayPal where you can make a payment from your PayPal
Account or by credit card. Once you receive the request, payment is due immediately,
unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.

Please fill in all the boxes below with your information, and then submit the form.
If you are interested in more than one item, list them below.
If you are not yet ready to purchase an item, but have questions about an item,
all you need to do is send me an email at info@tinkerswagon.com.
You do not need to complete this form.

As always, sales are on a first come, first served basis.

Go to the item page and click on 'Add to Order Form' to add the antique.
You can then send the order or continue shopping. When you're
finished just click on "Send Order" and this form will be
automatically sent to me by email.  Sales are on a first come first
served basis according to the date and time this form is submitted
and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make sure you truly want
any items before purchasing them.
